Scenic Place farmers are long-time Alaskans that work, play and enjoy living on the Kenai Peninsula. Located on the scenic East Hill side of Homer, over looking beautiful Kachemak Bay, they grow 14 different cultivars of peonies for the cut flower market.
They are a Certified Naturally Grown farm. Valuing family, community and the wild creatures that share their farm land, Scenic Place chooses to grow naturally, without the use of harsh chemicals and with the utmost care and love. When you see, touch and smell these flowers, you will only experience the true beauty and fragrance of the natural peony.
At an elevation 1,150′, they are one of the latest producers of fresh cut peony stems from mid July, August and September that are grown in America. A perfect combination of climate, rich black soil, cool temps and crazy sunshine of up to 20 hours a day produces magnificent flowers with long, robust stems and exceptional blooms!
