Your dinner experience will include a feast for the eyes thanks to the innovative tablescapes featuring farm-fresh flowers designed by a renowned American floral designer.
You’ll also enjoy a multi-course artisan meal paired with wine, craft beer and a flower-themed cocktail as you dine alongside flower aficionados, farmers and policymakers while learning about the value of buying and supporting Certified American Grown Flowers.
At this unique venue, guests will see a sampling of the enormous variety of flowers and foliage grown up and down the state of California. Get an up-close experience with more flowers than you’ve ever seen in one place before and meet with the farmers who grew them. Then dine at a sprawling banquet table and rub elbows with the VIPs who make California’s $320 million flower industry a reality.
The Floral Designer
Cindy Magan of Hillside Blooms Floristry will be the featured floral designer at this unique dinner tour stop. Magan, a California native, will be creating breathtaking tablescapes and other installations from the dozens of flower varieties grown up and down the state of California.
Northern California clients appreciate Magan’s on-trend aesthetic, something she calls “fresh romantic,” that features a garden style paired with a special accents to keep the designs current. Think novelty accent flowers, surprise fillers and lots of texture.

Tour the Capitol
