The Flower Farm
Located in central Ohio, Red Twig Farms is a nine-acre family-owned-and-operated cut flower and branch farm. Each spring, farmer Josh McCullough and his team are in the fields morning until night harvesting ranunculus, tulips, daffodils, anemones and peonies (28 varieties). In the fall they’re harvesting dogwood, willow and ilex branches in a variety of color and textures for holiday containers and decor.
The farm was originally created to supply the family landscape business with dogwood and willow branches for container designs. Later, peonies were added to keep the farm active in another season, and in 2018 the farm added new flower varieties to truly diversify.
A farm store on the property is popular with customers and, during peony season, attracts thousands of local customers as well an many who drive from Tennessee, Kentucky, Minnesota, Pennsylvania, Indiana and Wisconsin.
Farmers Josh and Lindsey and their family live on the property in a farmhouse built in 2014/2015, along with three farm doodles, Wyatt, Emma and Sawyer.
